Doing your part too...it's only fair

I found this website about cartridges and was astounded by the figures relating to printer cartridges adding to landfills. Absolutely everything is a potential threat to our environment; it's just a matter of finding ways to help the situation.

Here at Buyequip we're doing our bit by sending used printer cartridges to cartridges 4 planetark. Some interesting facts:

• Australians send 34 printer cartridges to landfill every minute.
• That equates to 2,050 an hour.
• That's 5,000 tonnes per year.
• Or 21 times the combined weight loss of all Weight Watchers members in Australia in 2006!
